Your purchase is verified through Reward Sync or the Reward Submission Form.
Verification is not instant — it depends on each firm:
If the verification window hasn’t passed yet, please wait before submitting a ticket.

Your Payout Bonus submission is currently in the verification queue.
All Payout Bonus claims are verified in large batches twice per month — once in the middle of the month and again at the end of the month.
During these review periods, our partnered firms verify each entry directly with us. Shortly after verification, we’ll process all approved rewards.
You’ll receive an email notification once your claim has been approved or rejected, along with instructions to reconcile or respond if any correction is needed.

No. Prop firms do not allow retroactive code switching.
Only purchases with code SMART qualify for rewards, Smart Points, and payout bonuses.
Yes — you can absolutely resubmit ✅
Please fill out a new form with the correct information. We always use your latest submission as the official one.
The incorrect form will be marked as Invalid
Your new corrected form will be reviewed and approved if everything checks outÂ
Smart Points balances update after
reward verifications, marketplace redemptions, and payout bonus approvals.
Please keep in mind:
It can take up to 24 hours for new rewards or changes to show
If you recently redeemed a prop card and the points were not deducted right away, your balance may temporarily look higher and later update to the correct amount
In some cases, this correction can make your balance appear negative if you spent points that were never properly deducted earlier
You can always review your Reward History to see all activity.
If something still looks off, please contact support and we will review it with you.

There you’ll see:
All Smart Points added from purchases
Payout Bonus rewards that have been approved
Point deductions from marketplace redemptions (prop cards, tools, etc.)
If something doesn’t look right, compare it with your Reward History first — then reach out to support if you still see an issue.
