Payout Structure

1. Overview of Payout Process

  • Payout Split:
    • Keep 100% of the first $15,000 in profits. After that, you receive 90% of any additional profits.
    • This payout is per trader, not per account.

2. Minimum Payout Requirements

  • Minimum Payout Amounts by Account Size:
    • $50k Account: $500 minimum
    • $100k Account: $1,000 minimum
    • $150k Account: $1,500 minimum

3. Payout Windows and Frequency

  • Twice Monthly Payout Windows:
    • 1st–4th of each month
    • 15th–18th of each month

4. Requirements for Payouts

  • Trading Day Minimums:

    • 10 separate trading days are required between each payout.
    • 5 of these days must show a profit above:
      • $50k Account: $150 profit
      • $100k Account: $200 profit
      • $150k Account: $250 profit

  • Account Balance Threshold:

    • Must maintain a balance above the required level for your plan until payout request approval.

  • Adhere To Consistency Rule:

    • Profit consistency must align with guidelines specific to your plan to qualify for payouts. (20% S2F / 35% ADV/GRW)

5. Next Payout Eligibility

  • Reset Period:
    • After each successful payout, the day count resets to zero.
    • To qualify for the next payout, trade on at least 10 separate days and meet all above criteria.

Important Note:
Ensure your account maintains the necessary balance and meets all requirements during the payout process. Falling below thresholds or violating the consistency rule will disqualify the payout request.

Live Funded Structure

After 4 payouts from the same Simulated Funded Account, Tradeify will assess your account and either:

    1. Keep it in the Simulated Environment with capped payouts and reassessment at each payout.
    2. Transition it to a Live Funded Account with a starting balance of the lesser of:
      • Your remaining Simulated balance
      • 10% of your account size (e.g., $5k for 50k accounts, $10k for 100k, $15k for 150k).

Multiple Funded Accounts

  • At the 4th payout, Tradeify may consolidate multiple accounts into one Live Funded Account, totaling either the remaining balance or 10% of each account size.

Live Funded Account Rules

  • Account Balance: Keep balance above $0 to maintain the account.
  • Loss Limits: Daily loss limits are optional.
  • Consistency Rule: Removed.
  • Contract Limits: Discussed with your risk manager.

Payout Rules for Live Funded Accounts

  • Uncapped, Same-Day Payouts: Minimum of $250 per request, available any day after 7pm EST.
  • Initial Withdrawal Limits: Withdraw 50% of the transferred balance after 10 days, 100% after 20 days.
  • Uncapped Withdrawals Above Initial Balance: Immediate access to 100% of profits above the initial balance.
  • Profit Split: First $15k is 100% yours; 90/10 split applies thereafter.

Examples:

  • If you have withdrawn $15k from Simulated, the 90/10 split starts with your Live Account payouts.
  • For a $6k payout: the first $5k is paid at 100%, the remaining $1k at 90%.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sim Funded Accounts: You cannot open new Sim accounts while a Live Account is active.
  • Live Account Failure: If you fail your Live Account, you can start new Sim accounts.
  • Early Transition: Possible, but unlikely before the 4th payout.
  • Restricted Countries: If restricted, options will be discussed at the 4th payout.

Rules

1. Good Faith Policy
Trade responsibly and avoid exploiting platform errors or discrepancies. Actions like price manipulation or exploiting technical issues are prohibited and may lead to account termination.

2. Bots & Algorithmic Trading

  • Ownership: Only bots/algorithms you solely own and control are allowed. No sharing with other traders or firms.
  • Exclusive Use: Bots should be used solely within Tradeify. Using them across multiple firms is prohibited.
  • No High-Frequency Trading (HFT): HFT bots are not allowed. Tradeify monitors accounts for any violations.
  • Verification: Tradeify may request documentation to verify compliance.

3. Microscalping
Trades held for less than 5 seconds should not account for over 50% of your total profit. This is not a strict rule but may flag your account for review.

4. Maximum Account Idle Time
To keep your account active, place at least one trade per week. Notify Tradeify if you need to pause trading due to personal reasons.

5. News Trading, DCA, Flipping, and Scaling

  • Allowed: Tradeify has no restrictions on trading during news events, Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA), flipping, or scaling.
  • Guidance for DCA: While allowed, DCA should be part of a structured strategy. Avoid excessive averaging into a losing position without a clear exit plan.
